Girish Kumar Mishra is a senior legal professional with over 26 years of experience in arbitration and litigation, with a distinguished practice spanning domestic and international dispute resolution. He regularly appears as arbitration counsel in high-value disputes before both ad-hoc and institutional arbitral tribunals, including tribunals chaired by retired Hon’ble Judges of the Supreme Court of India and former Chief Justices and Judges of various High Courts.
His arbitration practice covers a wide spectrum of corporate, commercial, construction, and infrastructure disputes, with deep familiarity across institutional frameworks and procedural regimes. In addition to arbitration, Mishra has significant exposure to aviation law and allied commercial litigation.

Girish is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, London (FCIArb) and is empanelled as an arbitrator with several reputed international and domestic arbitral institutions, including the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (China) and South China International Arbitration Hong Kong, among others.
